• Retail management -responsible for the handling and balancing of large amounts of cash, human resources, continual improvement of customer service.
• Office Administration - all aspects of running an office efficiently taking into account the human factors balanced by the need to be profitable.
• Extensive public relations experience with television and radio through the Roadshow. I have dealt with over 2000 members of the public in the past 4 years and have developed the ability to deal with a variety of situations.

The United Communities Credit Union stands for a community oriented organization that takes the time to listen to requests in order to try and meet the needs of its' members. It is an organization that I trust and believe in. I want to be active in maintaining a "neighbourly" atmosphere and at the same time strong accountability to members who look to UCCU for stability in the handling of their finances.

During current economic times, folks are realizing the need for local individualized care from their financial institution. This is an excellent time for UCCU to build strong relationships that demonstrate an understanding of the needs of the local residents.

The needs of the entrepreneur and the self employed are different than that of the general work force and since I fall into that category I feel that I bring a perspective to the table that is not always understood.

Since I am self employed, I have more flexibility in my schedule. This will allow me the needed time to devote to the activities of a directorship. I feel that this is a position that needs to be taken seriously and thoughtfully.
